The Story How We Met
One fine afternoon at good ol' Orchard Farm, Richie found himself walking down the long hallway with intentions on his mind. He had planned on speaking to his crush. Little did he know that the crush was mutual and sparks would fly when the magic words began to sign.
So there he was walking down this hallway and to his surprise on the left of him is his muse. He makes a quick glance to see her walking there and waits a moment for the perfect opportunity. Richie quickly steps up his game and says "Hi." Not knowing what kind of effect this might have Richie quickly retreated to his locker later finding out that his magically two letter word sent one of the prettiest girls in the school into a blushing frenzy. Her face hidden in the locker with thoughts of love, romance, and even more love.
Courage was never an issue for Richie. Once he found that her desire was also burning the same as his he felt it was time to proceed into the next level. Destiny and Richie conversed on the phone and the Internet for several hours, which turned to days, which turned to weeks. As time progressed Richie knew she was special and he could not let her get away.
He asked her to be his girlfriend on May 12, 2001, and until this day it still remains the same. Everything that has happened to the two you can probably find in any romance novel or great romance movie. Tears, love, hate, smiles, arguements, and everything else in between. He soon realized that the worst times are some of the best times. You can learn the most about a person when they are angry. And that's what he did.
As everything settled in and years have past, four to be exact, Richie has finally began to think about the future and what exciting things he and Destiny can accomplish. He is ready for the next step, the big jump, the end of being just Destiny's boyfriend.
That's where this site comes into play. Richie has always thought about how he can propose to Destiny and what would be the most romantic way to do it. At first thought, getting up on stage at a Breaking Benjamin concert would work but in reality that seems very hard to do. So he figures he will use his talents and develop this website that not only will be sweet romantic and affectionate. It will also keep all of the family informed on what's going on. Hey, maybe even some strangers will see this site and get a smile in thier heart.
Well, that's the story. It might be short and sappy, but what isn't? :-)
